As the VP of Corporate Development for Medius, Inc., Tim was responsible for all sales and marketing channel and revenue generation activities. As co-founder of DenaliFM, Tim led corporate development, capital formation and strategic partner development. Tim is also a co-founder of ITC2.org where he is responsible for developing strategic partnerships with major software ISVs such as Microsoft & Oracle. Tim served as interim CEO for Jampac Technologies, Inc. where he identified investors and led first round of funding totaling $3 million.
